Don’t worry, you have 7 days from the date your order is received to return for exchange or store credit. Store Credit is only received if item is returned unworn and in it's original condition. If not, we cannot issue store credit.
Exchanges are NOT available on sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & Swimwear are final sale and may not be returned under any circumstances.

It’s easy! Simply log into your account to view your order history.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 5-10 days, and international orders to arrive in 15-20 days
How Do I Track
My Package After It Has
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.
Does Naughtii Ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $40 for regular sized items and $60 for oversized packages.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Credits onto a giftcard are generally processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
Can I Cancel
Or Make Changes To My Order?
We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
Can I Exchange An Item I Bought Online?
Sure! As long as it wasn’t a sale item, you’re welcome to exchange any online purchases within 7 days of your order date.
How Do I Use A Promo Code?
Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Have a promo code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line.* Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
